  I keep my expectations rather low when going to any McDonald's. This one failed to meet even those minimal expectations. I used the McDonald's app which had a coupon offering free medium fries and a drink with a signature crafted sandwich purchase. I ordered the signature crafted sandwich and the system did not honor the coupon. The employee gleefully announced that I did not meet the order requirements. I let him read the coupon and it's pretty clear that all I had to order was that sandwich. His attitude at that point made me simply want to walk out which is what I did. McDonald's really has become my fast-food last resort.
