  It doesn’t get much worse. Extremely high turnover. 99% of Nursing directors, unit managers and staff nurses all quit or are “terminated”. Bottom of the barrel staff are then promoted to fill spaces. Poor resident care given, no supplies available for treatments, checking blood sugar or vitals. Residents regularly call 911, doctors offices and the nursing station desk from their rooms due to short staffing. Many nurses get calls from DCF regarding resident care incidents because of short staffing and poor management. Residents often say they are hungry and need showers. Somehow they are allowed to keep taking in residents without taking care of the ones that they already have. Some hospitals won’t send residents back to this building. Many resident families have demanded out of this building and have called 911 to get their loved ones out. Questionable resident deaths and incidents. If you say anything you are targeted. Food quality is poor, over 20 state tags on surveys. Other managers recruit the good staff out of this building because the management and working conditions are so poor and it is widely known.
  If you are a hardworking caring person this place will burn you out in a very short period of time. The residents suffer the most which is very sad. This place is unfit for animals let alone people!
