  Stacy is an incredible wealth of nutritional knowledge and she knows how to share that knowledge without overwhelming you. She takes the time to sit and talk with you before she takes you on as a client, to make sure she is a good fit for what you are seeking. And once you become her client, she has all kinds of wonderful tools to help you with whatever you are struggling with regarding food and weight: she can help you discover where your sugar cravings are coming from, and how to beat them. She provides information sheets on all kinds of relevant topics. She teaches you how to shop, and find the healthier alternatives for your favorites. She also provides a great level of accountability, to help keep you on track to meet your goals. I love sending my patients to her, because I know they will get the utmost of personal and professional attention.
