  STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! TOO BAD THEY DIDN'T HAVE A 0 STAR RATING OF COURSE? Their name verses their reputation is absolutely contradictive! Lol! It's funny how every good review stays but any bad review gets deleted? This is now my 2nd x posting? SMH? With my 1st being deleted so we'll see on this 1? Anyways I've been a loyal customer to Promise Pharmacy for 15+yrs. My mother, my father, myself & any1 else I could get to go there would until they started coming out with prices to cash payers that were way over priced! That is until now! The owner "Haley" has become very greedy! Very very greedy! What he does is tells you he doesn't have certain pain medications, suboxone nor subutex if you have insurance & even tho I'm staring at the bottles he claims to be out of; he lies so cash payers will pay more then what he would receive from insurances? Is that ethical? Not quite! They have no problem running through non controlled substances through insurance without even being told to by their patients so Haley can get paid at least on those & lies to others that he doesn't have pain medications if that too is going to be ran through insurance as well bc the insurance won't pay even a quarter % the cash payers WILL? Again SMH? Every x I'd get my medications from them they would also be close to expiration date? SMH? Ever since going to compounding as well; Haley's head has swelled sooo big I'm surprised it hasn't exploded yet! Just an FYI I've seen a lot of these alleged 5 star reviewers on here working behind their counters so THEY'RE NOT REAL RATINGS NOR REVIEWS! In the 15+yrs of loyalty to Haley; he's probably made at least a half a million off my, my families & friends (that I referred there) meds & he wants to get swell headed with me? I've pulled all my meds from there & haven't looked back since bc St. Mary's treats you like gold insurance wise or cash paying wise! It does NOT matter to them bc they don't see you as a $ sign. They treat you as a patient with good manners & ethical values! Which is something Haley lost when he started raking in the big dollars, expanding to compounding (which whoever gets compounded meds are retarded bc I'd bet my life that you are not getting what you think you are in your capsules) & lying to customers faces by telling them they didn't have meds when clearly I saw the bottles (he was just holding them for $ payers). Their prices even as $ payers are absolutely ludicrous & highway robbery! Not to mention either 1 or multiple workers there have severe drug problems considering they say they do their counting of meds by weight & I've had dozens of controlled 2s miscounted or shorted & if you DON'T count your pills before leaving on camera which shouldn't be the customers/patients job; whatever is shorted intentionally or not is your loss which could cause serious reactions if you run out of your meds even with them being locked in safes bc they always try to put blame on you when you're the 1 in full blown withdrawal due to their stealing, miscounting, etc? Smh? How can you weigh count when there are 100s of different brands, shapes, sizes & weights? I've been robbed my legitimate terminal meds that help ease my pain & have had to go through severe withdrawal bc of their stealing! I too am reporting Promise Pharmacy & my advice to you or any1contemplating using Promise Pharmacy is to stay far far away from this corrupt pharmacy & use St. Mary's who will treat you like gold with no missing meds & NEVER WILL they tell you they DON'T have your meds in stock insurance or NOT! STAY AWAY IS MY ADVICE OR LEARN THE HARD WAY LIKE I HAD TO....

  My husband has used Promise for years and they are always accommodating and very good to him.
  The review by Jonathan Bottcher is a bit extreme and misinformed. Perhaps he was dipping into his relatives pain meds.
  This pharmacy adheres to strict DEA laws. I believe also helped the DEA in the past with "drug seekers" and phony prescriptions. They prescribe exactly what the physician orders as long as it is within the parameters of the law.
