    I have been to Sutherland Marine for service two times for mechanical work on my boat. I had good experiences both times. The service manager Rob was good to work with in terms of scheduling and customer service. Rob and both of the service technicians (I do not recall their names) I worked with were very good at explaining all the details of their mechanical review of my boat and motor. My impression was that they are very knowledgeable about the motors that they service, including all the OEM specifications, and general operational safety as it relates to your boat.

    I saw one previous negative review on here and I do not think it is an accurate reflection of Sutherland Marine. I hope my boat does not need any major service (and no boat owner would), but if it does I would take it back to Sutherland Marine for service.
