  At first, I was skeptical of hypnosis. It brought images of Miss Cleo and that certain phony "telephone hypnotist" feel. Let me tell you that I was very happily proven wrong. Hypnosis is not some magic effect that puts you under a spell and immediately takes over your body. Rather, if you allow it, hypnosis and the relaxation techniques employed by Debbie Lane allow you to gently slip into a deep state of tranquility where you remain conscious and able to be aware of what is happening. You could even at this point choose to fight it and stop allowing your body to enter the relaxed state, but if you simply allow your mind to wander and relax, you will suddenly no longer feel the need to want to fight it--that's when it begins.
  
  Debbie Lane was able to help me overcome childhood anxiety and fears that have plagued my adult life. Things that I hadn't come to terms with and accepted but I knew all too well had affected my state of well being had suddenly been brought to light and I was able to forgive past grudges and issues that I had buried and suppressed. All aspects of my life have since improved and I have been able to help mend problems at work, friendships, and even my romantic life.
  
  I wholeheartedly support and encourage anybody with any issues, be they weight loss, confidence, anxiety, etc anybody on the fence--give it a chance. At a minimum, get a consultation and talk to her, see if she is the right fit and talk from there. Debbie Lane genuinely cares for others and will point you in the right direction for whatever your needs are.
