  My boyfriend and I live here and we love it, on some terms. Nobody bothers you when you're in your home, but once you go out to the pools, it's a disaster. They recently handed out amentity bracelets for residents so they can "check" to see who doesn't live here.. they don't check, and NOBODY has the bracelets besides me and my boyfriend. No smoking, no drinking, no music... trash is left behind, and the pool right next to the main office, was a drunk man smoking a blunt with his family. Amber came out and laughed and talked to them, never told him he couldn't smoke or have alcohol around the pool. They need to step up their "rules" cause nobody follows them.
